And we have to be careful, because when we think about ourselves, we are probably thinking about ourselves as well. It’s hard to imagine that at any point in your life, you’re thinking about yourself as well.
When you think about your daily life, you’re thinking about your life, your relationships, your business, your hobbies and your personal activities. You think about just the stuff you do, but not the things you do.
Our daily life can become a very big thing. We all know this, and we all try to stop being so self-conscious. But as long as you get caught up in it, it can be hard to see yourself clearly.
One of our biggest challenges in life is that we often look at ourselves as though we know nothing about us. We spend too much time worrying about what others think. Sometimes we spend too much time making sure we’re never alone, so we don’t get lonely. We worry about how others will react to us, and we try to do everything in our power to avoid that.
The reality is that we’re all really lonely. And the only thing that’s going to help us is to be more self-aware. When we’re afraid of what others think, we just don’t think about it. And when we’re afraid of being alone, we avoid it, and we become so self-conscious of our own loneliness that we don’t allow ourselves to feel it.
On the other hand, if we can avoid ourselves and have a quiet, loving space that we let others have, then we’re more likely to do the things we want to do. Our goal in Life is to do what we can to help others, but we cant get enough of ourselves to do that. So to get back to that, we have to be more aware of ourselves and more conscious of our own feelings.
This is particularly important in the nursing field, where our job is to help people, and all too often nursing students are left by themselves, which can have serious health consequences.
